Mission Statement:
“To develop solutions and methods that will contribute to reducing United States energy consumption 25% off of 1990 levels while maintaining quality of life.”
Verno was founded at approximately 01:41AM on October 21st 2009. Verno is the latin word for “to grow green”, which we found appropriate for the nature of our mission statement as well as our belief that the world must grow green in order to survive the 21st century and beyond. Our hope is to show people that “growing green” is not just about changing light bulbs and wrapping your hot water tank with insulation. Growing green can include unconventional aspects that enhance values alongside energy efficiency.
